SSEN giving its customers a voice
Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks (SSEN) is launching a new online panel to offer its customers the opportunity to provide feedback and insights on its business activities.
Participants in the online panel will be asked to answer a series of polls, discussions and surveys in relation to the electricity network operator’s activity, helping to shape its business decisions.
It is free to sign up to the panel and people that take part will be entered into a monthly prize draw.
Lisa Doogan, Director of Customer Relationship Management at SSEN, said: “The online panel is a great way to gather feedback and prompt discussion on a range of topics that matter to our customers. The feedback we receive will shape our services and help us to identify ways to make improvements.”
